. NASA MEDICAL ROOM – MOMENTS LATER

The same white-tiled room. Now, TANK is up on the medical exam table, facing away. He’s bent over in position for a prostate exam. DOCTOR FELL, gloved and methodical, is behind him. FRANK, JERRY, and HAWK sit on a bench across the room—averting their eyes as best they can.

FRANK
(not looking)
I didn’t survive the Cold War for this.

HAWK
I can’t even blink without catching the wrong angle.

JERRY (thinking, trying not to laugh)
If I move an inch, I’m going to lose it.

TANK
(gritting his teeth, muffled)
You guys don’t need to commentate, you know.

DOCTOR FELL
Now relax, Tank. Deep breath.

TANK flinches slightly. His face goes red. The room is tense and dead silent.

Suddenly—

BANG. The door opens again.

DOCTOR GREEN walks in, clipboard in hand. Her timing is impossibly bad. The three seated astronauts instinctively turn to look—forgetting Tank’s position.

FRANK / HAWK / JERRY
(turning in unison)
Oh, no—!

They all snap their heads away just as fast, groaning and laughing under their breath.

DOCTOR GREEN
(unbothered, breezy)
Doctor Fell, I wanted to confirm the lab values on the stress echocardiograms. They look a bit—

She trails off mid-sentence as she casually walks further into the room, eyes never drifting down to notice Tank’s exposed position.

TANK (thinking in panic)
Oh god oh god oh god. This is not happening.

DOCTOR FELL
(glancing up, calm)
Go ahead and leave it on my desk. We’ll compare baselines after.

DOCTOR GREEN
Got it. I’ll have the nurse prep the EKGs.

She turns and walks out just as casually as she came in. No reaction. No acknowledgment of what she saw—or didn’t.

Beat of silence. Then—

HAWK
(laughs, shaking his head)
Smoothest exit I've ever seen. Didn't even blink.

JERRY
(grinning)
She’s a professional. Unlike Tank here.

FRANK
(flashing a smug grin)
Red as a Mars sunrise.

TANK jumps down from the table, quickly pulling on a gown and fuming.

TANK
You know what? Shut it. Just shut it.

JERRY
Hey, nothing to be ashamed of, remember?

TANK
Yeah, well it’s different when you're the one bent over like a Thanksgiving turkey!

The others burst out laughing. Tank storms toward a chair, face still flushed.

TANK (thinking)
If one more person makes a joke, I'm going to lose it.

FADE OUT.

Let me know if you'd like the next part—maybe their post-exam conversation in the locker room or briefing room, or a scene where Doctor Green interacts with them again.
